This project captured the guest experience at Hyatt Regency Tokyo, following the natural rhythm of a stay from arrival to dining and moments of relaxation.
Our Approach
We filmed everything as it unfolded, focusing on real interactions, light, textures, and small details like service gestures, food presentation, and the flow of each space. The pacing was kept calm and refined, with social media use in mind.

A series of short visual stories that reflect the comfort and elegance of the hotel, helping viewers imagine themselves in the experience through relatable, everyday moments.
